Turn off Personal Gateway
Anonymous so you mean you have multiple Enterprise Gateways installed? And they are not set up as being in a cluster? Then adding you as a user to that gateway entry (of this on-premises database you are mentioning) should solve the problem.
The assumption here is that you can use multiple gateways in one report, I'm not totally sure of that.

Try uninstalling the personal gateway. Check out this link.

I uninstalled it from Add/Remove Programs and republished the report and the service still think that there should be a personal gateway.

I don't understand your request clearly. You want to configure schedule refresh. But you don't want to use personal gateway. Right? I find that you have uninstalled it. And you don't need to care about the warning message. It is always shown there. There is no option that can turn it off.

If there is an Enterprise Gateway deployed, make sure that you are added as a User to the Gateway entry/entries that you use in your dataset.
Furthermore, make sure that you're not using any other data sources in your Power BI Desktop file that also require a gateway (and which you are not a user of).
