Trying embedded solution
I have a number of existing ssrs reports. I want to try them using embedded solution. The company is not providing me with any cloud services at this point, I want to try it on my own but still using real data. If I follow this document:

Will I be able to run existing/demo reports with real data or should I use this document:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/developer/embedded/embed-sample-for-your-organization
which looks simplier to follow to?
I am also still not clear how an embed report will be accesing actual data.

I think you may try to embed your report on Sharepoint or other webpage you want.
You may refer to blogs as below, I hope they may help you.
