Hello,
I'm having issues with getting an end user's Power BI report on a scheduled refresh. It indicates that my gateway is not properly configured, but also that I'm not signed in correctly. However, when I go to sign in on the dataset, the credentials area is grayed out and I cannot enter any creds. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong on trying to get this particular dataset on a scheduled refresh. Let me know what other information you need from me and I'll confirm anything that I can.
@Anonymous Yes, I've checked these items and confirmed all of the above is true.
Hi @smwebb ,
As I can see in the screenshot, the two data sources in the dataset were not added to the gateway.
Please follow the steps in below document to add data source to gateway.
Best Regards,
Jay
I added both, however, I did end up installing the personal gateway. While not ideal, it is a work around for now I suppose. My understanding is that if my PC is not on, and the personal gateway is not accessible, it won't refresh the dash board. Is that correct?
Hi @smwebb ,
First check if the gateway is online and you have the access to add data source to the gateway. Then make sure the data source has been added to the gateway and the dataset has been matched to correct data source.

Here is what I am seeing on the data set refresh page. I don't know if this helps. The credentials area I cannot edit, as it is grayed out. I have added gateway connections, that both successfully connected, to the gateway cluster. Any ideas?
