- If you are using an On-prem data, ensure the dataset is not linked to an On-Premises Gateway, since Graph API is cloud-based.
- Try a manual refresh before scheduling, in the power bi service --> Dataset Settings, click on "Refresh Now" to see if the issue persists. And check if the refresh works manually before scheduling it.
If the issue persists, check for any specific error messages in the power bi refresh history (under dataset settings).

Have you tried "Anonymous" instead of "OAuth"?
