Trouble Accessing App

Having trouble getting access to the app on a free account, they have been granted access to the datasets but still are unable to get onto this app

If you are unable to select Premium Capacity, and your Workspace has a diamond logo WITH the person then you are in a Premium Per User workspace. (PPU shoul d be selected in the Workspace settings). 

That is the reason you can't share with Free licence holders. Free licences can only consume content on Premium Capacity workspaces, NOT premium per user.

Can you confirm that the app is built from a Premium Capacity workspace, not Pro or Premium per user ?

Where would I find this information? 

Hi @blackwell7  Take a look at the workspace the app is built from...

You should see the Premium Capacity Diamond logo, which is required for free licence access.

You can also look at the Premium option under Workspace settings...

Check that "Premium Per Capacity" is selected.

The app does have those logos and like in the image above, I'm unable to select the Premium per capacity

I am getting the same issue, I have checked workspace setting and its showing as Premium per a capacity. But still I am getting an error in the visual.
