Trigger datarefresh in PowerBI by Stored Procedure or DataFactory

Is there a possibility to trigger the datarefresh of a dataset in Power BI by a Stored Procedure or from DataFactory?

We want to let the refresh begin when the datawarehouse is filled completely or exclude some reports from the scheduled refresh when that part of DWH didn't got refreshed.

Anyone who can help?

Current power bi not support this feature, you can share your requirement to ideas.

BTW, you can take a look at powerapp flow, it support trigger.
