Trigger Power Automate if RLS is not granted on Power BI Service

Hi,

I have a Power BI report published on Service. Static RLS is applied on the same. So whenever a user who does not has RLS access is prevented from viewing the report.

I want to know if I can trigger Power Automate when user gets this notification - The report can't be viewed because the underlying dataset users row-level security.

I want to send them a MS Form as a part of trigger, where they can ask for RLS access.

Any guidance would be helpful. Thanks.
