Trigger Paginated report email by a measure value

hello,

i have a simple power bi report. the data amodel is one fact table and a calendar table. 

i am using the dax generated from one of table visuals in the report to create a paginated report.

the table that i am using is essentially a couple of simple measure values.

i want to generate an email of the paginated report when three of the measure values are greater than 0.

how can i do this?

1. One of the integrations between Power BI and Microsoft Flow is the ability to trigger actions based on Power BI alerts. For example, an email alert will be sent whenever a value falls below a certain threshold.
