How would you create a Title Only landing Page in your Power App and the actual report to sit under the title page... so something similar to the following
Data Before 2020 (Title)
Actual Power BI Report
Important point nothing displays when you try to click on the Title.

I would use Sections in the App publishing area. It's kind of hard to find, so see my screenshot below - You would still want the first page of your report to be the "landing page" itself:
Then after doing this, you'll drag the "Report" down, and then click the little up arrow:
Alternatively, you can select the "Section" to put it under on the right.
