Trial over lots of slow sql issues on f8 lakehouse also Microsofts Fabric capaciy app fails

As the message mentioned , if you want to create a item in workspace , you should create a Fabric trial capacity first . Also, you need to enable the relevant settings in the admin portal. Please refer to the official documentation below for details.

I think im seeing this but im using production capacity and switching them around, pausing daily etc. Is it possible to fix / know what is going on.

"I had issues with my capacity getting messed up. Are you using a trial capacity? If so remember that is your own personal capacity and won’t be tied to anyone else in the org. Are you having issues with other things in Fabric? When I messed up my capacity everything was slow or broken for me. I ultimately had to open a ticket with Microsoft support. "
