Transition from Power BI Pro to Premium
We’re working on rolling out Power BI to the organization and producing a number of different reports.
We are on E5, so technically all consumers users may get their own Power BI Pro license.
However, we are likely to drop down to a E3 with just content creators having Power BI Pro and consumers beeing served by a Premium license.
Our option now is:
a) Give all user Power BI Pro lisences to allow access
b) Use a Power BI Premium to allow users access
My question is:
If we go for option a), but after one year want to switch to b) - how mutch work is it?
What do we have to do?
We may assume that during the year we have publised hundreds of reports that is to different groups of people within the organizaton.

Dear v-cherch-msft , thanks for your reply, but I'm afraid that you did not answare my question.
I'm not asking if I should select Power BI Pro or Premium.
What I'm trying to as is how mutch work it will be to switch from a Power Bi Pro lisense model to a Premium license model given that I have several thousend users on Power Bi Pro and several hundres report shared to those users.
Do I for example have to move all my workspaces to a different place? Do I have to move all priviliges from user that previous had Power BI Pro lisenses? To I have to rewrite all reports? To I have to share/publish all reports again?
