Transfer user initiated subscriptions to another user

Question

We have a user X who has subscribed multiple business users to multiple reports. Now X had to leave his role with the organization in very short notice. How do we have someone else, say Y, take over these subscriptions or even see who all have been subscribed to these reports (given that we have admin access to the tenant) without needing to reach Microsoft Support? This is important as business users would be trying to reach out to X with requests to change their subscription settings

I don't think this solution works. In my case, me and my colleague both have admin access to the report and workspace and we can't see each other subscriptions. adityaa did you resolve the issue?

I second this is not the solution, another developer created email subscriptions, however I cant see those same subscriptions because he created them. Overall everyone in our team needs visability to manage these subscriptions. Its even worse when a contractors comes into the organisation because they have this annoying habit of leaving organisations.&nbsp;

Just need to give the edit&nbsp;permissions of the report to Y, the Y will take over this subscriptions
Requirements
Creating&nbsp;a subscription can be done by:

Users with a Power BI Pro license
Users viewing content in a Premium workspace or app may also subscribe to content located there, even without a Power BI Pro license.

You don't need edit permissions to the content (dashboard or report) to create a subscription for yourself, but you must have edit permissions to create one for someone else.
