Tornado Graph (Microsoft Certified) has suddenly stopped showing up the data

Hi, We are using Tornado Graph (Microsoft Certified) in my report and it has been working since last 6 months and suddenly it has stopped showing up data. The visual is blank and no data is coming up.

As i convert this to any other visual the data shows up but not in Tornado Visual. Even after updating the version it is still coming out to be blank.

You need to take that up with the developers of that custom visual.
