Tooltips not working - only showing triangle

All of our reports in the service utilize tooltips to some degree.  We noticed in the last day or two that the tooltips aren't populating in the service, and they are only showing a triangle. 

 

I found another post where the issue was resolved by clearing the cache in the browser but that did not resolve our issue.

 

I downloaded a few of the reports to confirm that tooltips were set up, and they do appear in the desktop client.

Hi @mwc , @nunnc01 ,

I get the massage that is a known issue. It will occur when using IE 11 and old version of Edge browser. It might be fixed on 11/15.

Please try to use different browsers.

I am getting the same issue using the latest version of Edge, however I am able to get it to work in Chrome browser.

Hi @mwc ,

I test in the chrome, edge and IE 11. But I can't reproduce the issue. I find that many people encounter it. Maybe it is a bug.

Could you please create a dummy .pbix file and share it to us? If we make sure it is a bug, we will submit internally.
