Tooltip In PowerBI Embedded report sporadically loads or doesn't load, in the same session.

I have a powerbi embedded report, with a very simple tooltip displaying a single row of data and nothing else.
When I hover the tooltip when the page first loads, the tooltip works fine.
Then if I hover over another tooltip, such as the default tooltips for a line chart, after that the custom tooltip will hang on the loading animation. If I hover the line chart again, then return to the custom tooltip, it will work again.

Steps to recreate issue:

->Publish report with custom tooltip report page.
-> Hover custom tooltip - works as expected
-> Hover a charts default tooltip - works as expected
-> Hover the custom tooltip again - forever loading
-> Hover charts tooltip again - works as expected
-> Hover custom tooltip - working again.
-> the cycle of anguish repeats forever

Issue is solved for me, just checked the results from Nov 2nd bugfix and it's working as expected. Thanks for supporting this.

I had a conversation with Microsoft Support and they told me it is a bug they are already working on and that the fix will be probably released to production in the next release (November 2nd for Europe) - Let's hope

Same issue here. In Embedded it keeps loading and is blurry. In the service it works fine.

Same issue with our embedded reports.  Every other interaction leads the custom tooltips (not the built-in ones) to get stuck, regardless of the type of visual being used.

I have many dashboards embedded in different applications for final clients working fine in the past, but now this tooltip bug suddently is present in all of them! First time the tooltip works, then if you interact with filters or other visual, this 'loading tooltip page' replace the real tooltip, until you interact again with the same filter or visual. Hopefully it will be fixed soon, because the alternative is to change the technology.

Same issue when PBi report is embedded in Sharepoint modern page.  Doesn't fail when viewed via URL but fails the same way as this thread.   Happens for all users and in any browser.

Similar issue faced here. Some (not all) reports are not showing the tooltip page correctly. Normally it shows up correctly on first instance, but when user applies a filter the tooltip becomes the blurry 'loading tooltip page'.

User needs to unselect and reselect from a filter again then the tooltip page shows up. Everytime the user has to do the same process in order to seeing it.
