To show hint or stick notes on charts

Hi Team,

I have some visuals whare i am using donut chart and Line and Stacked column chart where i need to show exel sheet hint like text for specific exes or at in the chart area where once published the report when in chart the user hovers the mouse hovers on that perticular area whare text or hint is placed then it should show the text or hint which is placed.

or in chart area if need to hide some area above the chart how can we do.

You could use a visual header tooltip.
