To have the action bar or the ribbon which has options File, Export, Share, book marks etc.

When I embed PowerBI report as iframe in a .NET application, I miss the options File, Export, Share, book marks etc. in the action bar or ribbon at the top, as attached in the above image.

Would you please suugest how to have the action bar or ribbon in the iFrame when I embed in to another application ?

As far as I am aware this is not possible when embedding because Power BI Embedded is made so that it can be used into any application.

As we all know , it only embeds the content on the canvas of the report, it does not embed the action bar above the report. You can put your ideas to Ideas Forum . If a feedback is high voted there by other customers, it will be promising that Microsoft Product Team will take it into consideration when designing the next version in the future.
