mork This is the second thread I've seen in two days about TimeLine slicer issues. It is a Microsoft owned custom visual, I would recommend you submit a ticket.

Side note, there is a new Priority Ticket for paid support that I have not seen before, so depending on what "paid" means it might be worth exploring that option for faster response.
