Timeline Slicer - Visuals not Updating

I sent an email to support regarding this, but I am not sure how long it takes for them to answer. This unfortunately is a timely request that I am trying to get done.

The issue I am having is with the Timeline Slicer. I have used the slicer in the past, and it worked falwlessly, but now it seem to be acting up. Whenever I change the slider to a specific range, lets say I pick 2 months, the data itself is not reflecting the correct date range. Then, when I click out of the slicer, it just jumps back into selecting the entire range. So my theory is that the slicer is not registering my date range selection, which feel is a bug, but I figured I would ask here to see if someone else has had this issue, and if so, was there a workaround?
