Time Stamp in Report Details Missing

Hi Folks, 

 

Working on a report (and yes, it's a report not a dashboard) where the time stamp for data refresh has mysteriously gone missing:

Usually the refresh information is right there in line for the user to see:

Any ideas as how to get this time stamp back? Tried searching everywhere in options and everything and I can't seem to figure this out.

I have the same issue and I saw the refresh in the data options
