Hello, 

I ve been wondering if there is possibility to send mail notification for designated group (not owner) after conditional formatting rules are breached.

Or do i have to learn how to do it in power automate?

Thanks for the reponse. Tiles are synchronized with power automate now. Truly wonderful tool automate is

As far as I know, the only feature in PBI that matches your description is the "Alert" function above the dashboard tile, and then you can try to integrate the PBi's "Alert" feature with some of the automated task flow features of Power Automate to achieve your specific needs, here is the relevant documentation:
