Tile in dashboard - tile frozen despite data refreshed

Hello, does anybody have any idea on how to overcome the issue that a tile pinned from a report on a dashboard does not change (the visual not refreshed with updated data) every time I refresh the data in the report ? I know it is also possible to "pin live page" but I want only to pick up one or two tiles (not all) from my report (do not want to show everything in the dashboard) and re-arrange them in a dashboard. Today, the tiles that I show in my dashboard are frozen with the data of the creation date of the dashboard (even if in the report data are correctly refreshed). It is a bit annoying for the dashboard users no to see directly through the tile the effect of data updates...

Which data source do you get data from? Do you get data in import mode or DirectQuery? Please share detail information for us to test it.

In your scenario, it seems the dataset has been refreshed successfully. Please try to click Refresh dashboard tiles to see if tile data is updated.
