Hello PowerBI Community.
Over the last few days, we've experienced loading errors on tiles in Dashboards for our Macbook users throughout the organization. It seems to be linked to the most recent update of the MacOS. I am unsure where to report this bug, so I am reporting it here. I can confirm that it works on older MacOS versions. See the attached image for the error message (the view details button shows no additional information.
Do any of you experience the same, and do you have a fix for it?
Best regards
I have an issue with Power BI Desktop on MAC/parallels . It seems to be related with filters, for example if I filter "before" , "on or before", relative date - it is not working, but "after" and "on or after" is working.
Thank you for the reply @v-luwang-msft .
The dashboard is working with the same login on a Window computer.
The browser is already up-to-date, and we've both tried to clear the cache and reload the page ignoring cache, but the problem still persists.
Best regards
Michael
Hi @Boegebjerg ,
If I try to access the same dashboard from a Windows computer with the same login, does the same thing happen?
An up-to-date Chrome or Firefox browser is a great option if you are unable to view dashboard by Safari. And you could try clearing your browser cache.
Best Regards
Lucien
