Hello, I have a problem when i try to post a report with the visualization Influenciadores clave on the web with the option Insert In SharePoint Online, when I posted it doesn't show the visualization, however show this error:  

to view this visual, contact the dataset owner to request access to the data behind it.

Please try again later or contact support. If you contact support, please provide these details.

How I can fix it?

just to confirm your solution,
I face this issue and your fix is correct.
the owner must add users to RLS so they can see visuals otherwise it will show error mentioned above.

1. If there is RLS in this report.

2. Please check the permission of this dataset as below:
