This report couldn't access the data source. contact the author to have it fixed

Hi

SJ here.
Highly urgent!
I have created a dashboard using direct query mode(SQL Server).  In desktop file, it's working fine, when i published this to power bi service in premium workspace, it's showing a error that data source is inaccessiable. I installed gateway standard and connected successfully, 'windows service account' is my local. I don't what to do or from where this error coming from exactly.
1. There is totally 8 tables with same data source
2. Single page dashboard
3. Already tried to connect the database using different user but nothing worked.

Please, help me with this. Thanks.

Hi @SowmiyaRoots Does the account you are using to open the report have access to the datasource?
