Hi All,

We have embedded some of our reports in our portal which is accessed by our customers and internal users from the portal login. REcently we started recieving a label message "This is a free trial version, to remove this label a capacity must be purchased " and we are using power BI pro. When contacted Microsoft team says we need to buy the premium capacity in order to remove those banners. They said the free token in our license has been exhausted

Has your PPU license expired ? I found a similar error, you can see if it is the same as yours ?
