Hi Power BI Community
We have a report with 5 subscriptions (relating to 5 report pages) being sent out concurrently.
Since yesterday we have experienced an issue whereby the report page preview image included with some (not all) of the subscription emails contains the image below rather than an actual report snapshot.
The image says "This content isn't available. Learn more about Power BI."
The subscriptions have been sent out with no issues for a few months now (maybe over a year). Only since yesterday have we noticed the recipents being sent the image above rather than an actual report preview.
Hi all,
We have reported this issue and submitted it to the product team.
They have been aware of the issue and the engineers will do their best to resolve it.

I wonder if this issue is related to my issue here: https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Service/Export-to-PDF-random-pages-not-showing-up/m-p/3645...
Sounds like the system is having intermittent/irregular issue when trying to convert reports in to images for emails and exports.
Hi @Adescrit ,
Please ensure that the subscriptions are still configured with the correct permissions. Permissions might have changed, or the report may have been moved, which could affect access.Verify that each recipient still has access to the report in Power BI. You can manage permissions by following the guidelines here: Manage permissions to a report.
Then you may confirm that the report itself is available and has not been deleted or removed. and check if there have been any changes to the report that might affect its availability, such as dataset refresh issues.Review the subscription settings for each affected report page to ensure they are configured correctly.
If it doesn't help, you might try deleting and recreating the subscriptions for the affected report pages to see if this resolves the issue.
Best regards.

Hi @v-xiaoyan-msft
I've now encountered this exact same issue occuring with a different client. This other client has a completely different setup - different tenant, different report, different number and frequency of subscriptions. However the same issue is occuring whereby the screenshot included with the subscription email will intermittently contain the "This content isn't available..." screenshot. However on other days / at other times of the day the exact same subscription will work as expected.
I will raise this as an issue.
Hi @v-xiaoyan-msft,
The subscriptions are definitely configured correctly. There are approximately 20 subscriptions configured for the same report (5 report pages 4 times per day) and I have checked the settings and they are identical for all subscriptions. Of the 20 subscriptions sent yesterday, only one had this error. The previous day 3 had this error, but appearing on different subscriptions each time.
The report is available - as mentioned 19 / 20 subscriptions were sent with no issues and a correct report preview image yesterday. When I open the report directly there are no issues.
The report uses direct query so there are no dataset configuration issues with it.
Hi @Adescrit
When you go into the actual report, can you confirm that the visual is still being shown? It appears to me as if something has changed in the report.
Hi @GilbertQ
Yes when I open the report there are no issues with it. These subscriptions are sent out multiple times per day and of the 4 subscriptions sent out from this report page (20 in total from the report) only one had this issue.
