There was an error when processing the data in the dataset
Hi Team,
Hope you are doing well.
I am facing an issue while refreshing my report on PB Service. I have two data source(One from SAP HANA and Other is from Sharepoint Folder) .My report is getting refreshed on desktop however when i am trying to refresh my report on Serivce I am getting below mentioned error .
Is there any one who can suggest what needs to be done here. My credentials are validated and everything is working fine.

Hi. Are you using a Gateway? can you share how are you connecting to sharepoint?
If you are using a gateway and a cloud source, you need to specify that to the gateway in order to let you add the new source to gateway and edit credentials for the cloud source and make it work. The setting is at the manage gateways when checking the specific gateway.

We are using what ever your provided but still facing the issue when refresh report in service and same report is working fine in desktop .We have also tested refresh working fine till merging the share point file cloumns with SAP view only problem after mering refresh in service not working ..
once againg mentioning refresh is not happening in service but working fine in desktop.

Ok. If this was working with those two exact sources and you added just a merge, make sure both credentials for sources have the exact same privacy level. Merging will only work with the same privacy level, I would recommend organizational. The refreshes at service doesn't work the same ask desktop, that's why it usually doesn't match 😞
