I can‘t reproduce your issue after I installed the app below, this issue should be more related to the app itself, I would suggest you to contact with Xero. Would you please try to get app from https://appsource.microsoft.com/en-nz/product/power-bi/pbi-contentpacks.xero-template-app?tab=Reviews and create reviews for it.
