There was a data source access error. Please contact the gateway administrator.

I am puzzled…

 

I get the error:

 

 

 

 

But the gateway seems fine:

 

 

 

 

 

How can I further troubleshoot it?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    I have seen that happen when it is actually referencing another data source. I would suggest looking at an email where the dataset refresh failed?
