There is no data while trying to export pdf from Power BI Service

Hello,   I have a Power BI Dashboard with Visio embedded. When I try to export it to PDF, this report doesn't show the Visio layout.   Could anyone help?   Thanks in advance.

Hello GilbertQ ,

 

I was able to download the pdf previously. But for 3 months, I am facing this issue. On the Power BI desktop, I can still able to download but on Power BI Services, I am facing this issue.
