There is no available Gateway. Get data from Power BI datasets

I've been using one Power BI dataset (from other's workspace within same organization) and multiple excel files from Sharepoints & OneDrive to build and publish dashboards. It worked fine until last update on Feb 2023. Visuals can't display and on the top there's a error message saying "There is no available gateway".

I've never used gateway before and wasn't sure how to solve this issue.

The most likely problem is an issue with the configuration of the dataset in the other workspace. You should contact the owner of that dataset and see if they can fix this.

Thanks for your reply! I do contact the owner but we did not find any problem. Would you mind specify where should we look into?
