Theme change across workspaces

Power BI does not support centrally changing or enforcing themes across existing reports or workspaces. Organizational themes only make themes available they do not auto-apply. Each report must be updated and republished individually (manual or via automation/CI-CD).
We used Organization themes https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/desktop-organizational-themes and selected the themes in the workspace to make it easy. Rather then downloading all the files and republishing it.
