The values on dashboard not sync with the ones on report?

The values on dashboard does not sync with the ones on report, how to solve this?

The values is which I pinned from my report, no any filter or any change from report, and my dataset is connected to Mysql data server, last Friday I pinned to dashboard, but when I checked this Monday, I found two values are not the same, then I try to manually refresh with "..." on the right up of the dashboard, but not worked!

So, could anyone can tell me the reason, and how to solve the problem?

@huojiami Did you have filters applied to the visual when you created the dashboard tile? Those filters will be retained in the tile. Also, any changes you did to the filter context in the report wouldn't transfer automatically to the tile you would need to re-create the tile.

For one of my dashboard tiles, just applied one filter(sale_time: current month), no other filter, and no any change for my filter context in the report, even no any change for my whole report. Yesterday I re-pinned this to the dashboard, but today I found the value of dashboard is less than the one of my report.

Power BI bug??

Based on my understanding, you use one filter(sale_time: current month), yesterday and today's filter value are same? If it is, please create a support ticket to get dedicated support on right bottom of this page because I have no power to check your data background.

Anybody can help？ This is a urgent case.  Before pinned, just applied one filter, no any change to report or dataset, but the value of tile is not synchro with the one of report.

When you click the report in dashboard, you will go into the report, the report is same with the one shown in dashboard or not?

It's weird, you repin the repot, the value is still not same? Becasue I have no power to check your data backgroud, I personally suggest you create a support ticket on the right-bottom of this page.
