I am trying to check the usage metrics for the dashboards, in the PBI service. Earlier My senior was trying to give me the access for the usage metrics but he was not able to since we needed a security group. So we created a security group in the Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) {needed because Power BI uses it to manage access permissions via security groups}. However even after creating the group which includes me as the member, I am not able to get the usage metrics. I am still getting error. Can anyone please help me out. I would really appreciate. Please let me know If I need to add more details. I have attached the screenshot for the same{error}.

Hi, @Anonymous
Can you please make sure that the below option is turned on? It is in the tenant settings.
Also check that the group has at least contributor level access to the workspace. And you have PBI pro or PPU license.
If these are okay then give it some time and try again later. If this doesn't work then create a support ticket.
