I want to go into the 'Security' page to test the Row level security on a dataset in PowerBI service and get the following error:

You can try to see the following limitations: 

For RLS to work, a user needs to have read only permission in the workspace. Members or admins see everything by default. You can give users” Viewer"role in Workspace
