Hi  Anonymous ,

You can try the following:

1. If the clientId is from a "Server-side Web app", then specify an extra option -clientsercet. Otherwise register a "Native app" and use the clientid alone.

2. You need to enable the addition setting called Default Client Type to Yes .

    Hi yangliu,

    As shown in the figure below, we can't access the AAD permission management page and configure the relevant permissions. Is it because we can't solve the problem mentioned above? 

    Are there any other solutions?

    Without relevant authority, can't we solve this problem?
    Whether admin permission is required.
