Hi @pang22 -The error you encountered in Power BI, specifically <ccon>Expression.Error: No data retrieved. </ccon>, often indicates a problem with the data source connection or retrieval process. This could be due to a transient issue, missing data, or an inconsistency in the data source. Here are a few troubleshooting steps to resolve this issue:

Check Data Source Availability: Ensure that the source of your data is available and accessible. Try accessing the data source directly (outside of Power BI) to confirm if there are any connection problems or server outages.

Refresh Power BI Service: If this error occurs in Power BI Service, try refreshing the dataset again after some time. As the error message suggests, it may be a transient service issue.

Check Query Logic: Review your Power Query steps. Sometimes transformations can result in empty tables due to filters, incorrect joins, or transformations that inadvertently remove all data. Check if any filtering or logic within Power Query could be returning an empty table.

Data Source Credentials: Ensure that the credentials for your data source are correct and haven’t expired. Try updating or re-entering the data source credentials in Power BI.
