The dataset keeps running Refresh forever

Hi experts,

After one of my datasets has timed out (normally, it takes 30 seconds). When I click "refresh now" then it runs refresh forever. It does not allow me I cannot stop, delete, or publish overwrites...
Kindly let me know how can I stop or delete it?
