The connection string used for the mashup data source is invalid or the gateway needs to be upgraded

Hi All,

 

I encounter this error lately for my report. Before this its working fine but this error only come out when I connect few more source using google sheet.

    Hi Fathopes ,

     

    "Cannot connect mashup data source" issue more often appears if your source DB and Gateway located on separate servers (VM).

    Also, can you confirm that you have updated to the latest version?
