The chart view of Zebra Tables in Power BI App doesn't work

Dear all, 

we embeded many Zebra BI Tables 7.1.0 in our report. Each Zebra table has chart view and table view. Everything is fine in the workspace. 

After we published it to the App, only a particular Zebra Table doesn't show chart view anymore, which only display the numeric figure of the chart, but not the bar. 

Could anyone help me on this?

Hi @JoanMok ,

In Zebra BI Charts 7.1, there’s a new feature that allows you to switch the data label units setting to the “Power BI” option. This means that the format of the data labels is read directly from the Power BI model itself.

Try to remove the problematic Zebra BI form and re-embedding it in the report. This can sometimes fix rendering issues.

If the problem persists after trying these steps, I'd like to know more about it:

   1.Have you noticed if the issue occurs on all devices and browsers, or if it is isolated to a specific environment?

Hi @Anonymous , thanks for the reply. 

I would try to re-embed it and get back to you asap. 

Also, here is the issue: it doesn't effect all members in the group, but only part of them have the issue, including me. 

It happens in all browsers and devices.
