Hello PBI Community!
As an organization, we are trying to monitor once a month or every other month to see which users requested for pro license and yet have not logged in or used Power BI App for the duration (a month or two). What is the best way to go about it? I looked at audit log and sign in log but they are only available daily or the last 7 days. I just need to know the latest log in or activity of each user.
Solved! Go to Solution.
@Anonymous : You should be able to pull data prior to last 7 days from Audit log. I would suggest you to download mutliple files using date range to avoid any time out issue.

@ponnusamy Thank you for this! I tried to enable the audit log but it keeps having error. Is there any other way or should I contact the help desk and fix the audit log
@Anonymous : To access this log, you need to be either Tenant admin or office365 global admin. Reach out to your office365 admin
