The Tachometer by Annik Callout Value Does Not Display Percentage

The callout value on the Tachometer by Annik does not save the percentage formatting in the service.  I have seen suggested work-arounds that instruct developers to change the order in which measures are added to the visual, but that does not sovle the issue.  In the service, after I have saved the report changes where I can see a percent callout value, any refresh of the browser returns the callout value to a whole number (1).

    Hi, CodyJThomas

I am glad to help you.

May I ask how you set the percentages?

Perhaps you can change the format of Measure to display as a percentage directly in Power BI Desktop:

    Publish to Power  BI  Service:

In my tests, the percentages can be displayed properly in Power BI Service.

Can you share more detailed steps or information (without sensitive information)?

I hope my suggestions give you good ideas, if you have any more questions, please clarify in a follow-up reply.
    Best Regards,
    Fen Ling,

Thank you for your reply.  While this was not the exact remedy, it did put me on a path to find a resolution.
