The Q&A text box cursor keeps jumping to the front of the next box

I've never had a more frustrating experience with any website. While I'm typing in the Q&A text box, the cursor keeps jumping to the front of the text box. I have to enter a character at a time, clicking with the mouse to reposition the cursor before every key stroke.

This issue has been reported to ICM: 301062369.

We’ve already checked in the fix into main and may be deployed within next 2 weeks.
