Text not updating in dashboard tile

Hi all, we're getting this weird behaviour where we put a tile on the dashboard just with information text in it. When we edit the tile to change the text, it doesn't save. We first noticed this happening on this happening at the end of last week (28th). Its just a simple tile with text in it, nothing related to data. Has anyone noticed anything similar?

Yes! This exact issue!

Any visiblity on this would be fantastic. We use this for annotation of Dashboards for executive reporting, we have to because the power bi app from the microsoft store (for laptop) doesn't contain annotation (yet mobile does, go figure).

It was working fine up until a month ago and now suddenly no edits to simple text boxes are no longer sticking. We can edit, we can see it, but if you F5 refresh then the newly added text dissapears.

Great, we thought we were going mad. We use it for the same sort of reason. Its a pain, but the workaround is to delete the tile and re-add it rather than change the text in the tile details.
