Testing in PowerBI
Hi All,
Need Clarification on Below Scenarios.
1. How 3-tier Architecture implemented in PowerBi and how testing server concept works?
2. How to Check user Login Access.
2.a. How to Check the permission has been provided correctly or not?
2.b. Has the report being published Properly?
3. Is there any alternate solution to check the access without creating test login?
Thank you

Hi Beniya_Samson ,
- How 3-tier Architecture implemented in PowerBi and how testing server concept works. Prince Kher – "POWER BI – 3 Tier Architecture and Analytics capabilities" - YouTube
- Check user Login Access. Find Power BI users who have signed in - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
- Check the permission has been provided correctly or not Manage dataset access permissions - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
- the report being published Properly Publish from Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
- As far as I know, access can only be checked after logging in.
Best Regards
