Template app and custom connector

Hi,

I want to create a template app to put in the power bi marketplace which contains data from my organizations API. I am using custom connector for retrieving data, but after publishing dataset to power bi service I cannot refresh data and also after the publishing template app when I am trying to connect my own data (Connect your data -> Connect) Power Bi shows me the following error: Data source not supported (Connecting to data sources that require on premises gateway is currently not supported). I need a help. What I am doing wrong?

Thank you for your answer!  Unfortunetely it doest't help me. My data connectors contains "TestConnection" section and while starting the gateway i have no error. It's okay. Problem is in template app, I dont retrieve new data... I see following error:

Data source not supported

Connecting to data sources that require on premises gateway is currently not supported.
