I am trying to embed a Power BI report in several Teams Channels in a filtered state relevant to each. The best route I have found is using the "share" URL keeping my changes intact. This works, but I feel this should be more intuitive. I have one report outlining many key customers, I am building a Team with Channels for each key customer and would like to use the main PBI report to add filtered content relevant to the Key Account.
I have tried using URL parameters, but this only works for sending links, not for embedding reports.
Is there a way to do this in a fashion similar to Row Level Security, where I can set up the viewability based on the Team Portal being viewed. All users have access to the entire report within other Teams, but I want it filtered within each Team / Channel to keep the data specific to that key customer.
Thank you for any help you have.
Hi @SINX
Please implement dynamic Row Level Security based on user logged in
Please find the video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jphj40tBPD8
This should work as per Teams login ID, please try

I like this and will save the video, however, I need it to filter based on viewing the embeded report from a Team in Teams. The users also need to be able to view all data in the PBI Service view and also in other Teams. I just want the Key Customer data to show up only in that Key Customer Team, but it still needs to be fully viewable by the same users in other areas of Teams and PBI Service. For example - the boss needs to see all of Teams with thier individual filtered reports, but also needs to see the same unfiltered report in his Team.
