Takes forever to load dashboard in a Workspace suddenly

I’m the user for a workspace. This is a Premium workspace and the storage is low. Suddenly all dashboards in this workspace loading more slowly than before. All dashboards under this workspace load forever to display. The dashboard itself doesn't have any change. And I upload the same dashboard to My Workspaces and that one looks good. I want to know how to fix it. Thank you!

Can you check you capacity usage metric report, it can be an overload on the resources mainly the CPU
