Takeover datasets

Hi, After Power Bi reports published into workspaces, when the developer left the organization all those reports which was developed by that person are failing due to Owner not found un Power BI tena...

Hi aj1973 , We are using the Gateway and to mapping each report to respective Gateway connection.

We do have service accounts connected to source and these are configures in Gateway connections. May I pls know what are the setps to avoid breaking of the reports? Thanks

    The service account i am referring to needs to be assigned a pro power BI license.  the service account needs to be added to The gateway as a user then use it in the credentials section to connect to the source.

      Hi aj1973 , Currently we are not providing the credentials instead using the below highlighted connections to map the datasets. And when we do the mapping it is taking that paritcular individual email Id as owner and later when the owner email id is invalid the reports are failing.

        In Data source credentials use the service account instead
